Exchange Policy
EXCHANGES
If the product that you have received does not feel right for you, you may exchange it with another product with the same price (including items on sale) within 14 days after the parcel has arrived to the access point, provided that the product is in its original condition with all labels attached. The item must be in perfect condition and may not be worn, washed or altered in any way. We reserve the right to refuse any returns that do not pass our quality control.
HOW TO EXCHANGE
- Place the item in its original package.
- Contact us for exchange.
- Attach the exchange label on top of the package.
- Ask for a receipt with a tracking number, this is your proof of return.
Please note that we charge exchange cost per order and not shipping.

The product must be returned unused, unwashed and unaltered with the garment tag still attached including the receipt or proof of purchase with the returned item. A product that has been worn or is damaged, soiled, washed or altered may not be accepted and may be sent back to you.
Return the ordered item by following the instructions above and we will process the exchange immediately.
FAULTY GARMENTS
When we ship your items, we do our best to make sure they are in perfect condition. However, in case you receive a damaged or defect item please send us a picture immediately where we can clearly see the defect and explain the fault. Send the picture attached in an e-mail and we will get back to you as soon as possible. Your claim shall be made directly when you discover the defect, within a reasonable time. We only accept claims that are caused by manufacturing faults. Products that are damaged as a result of daily wear are not considered to be faulty. We can only handle faulty garments from orders that are purchased in our web shop.
