How do I make an order?

Just go to (hint: you’re already here) and click on a product you like and is available and add to cart. Then just follow the easy checkout process.

I never received a confirmation email. What should I do?

If you haven't received an order confirmation email, it is likely the result of one or two things:

  • Your order was never actually placed and processed.
  • You have entered an incorrect email address with your order

If you are certain that the email address linked to your order is correct, please check the spam folder in your mailing client for your order confirmation. In the event that you still cannot locate an order confirmation, please email or call us.

What payment methods are available?

Credit card

We currently accept credit / debit card payments with VISA, Master Card through Xendit services as payment gateway

What is the Order ID?

Order ID is the code number obtained when you finished checkout and place order, each transaction will get a different Order ID, Order ID also serves to track and see the history of every transaction you made.

I already made the order but did not get the order ID?

If you forget the order ID, you can click directly on my account and then click order history, if there is no history order, the possibility of the order process you did before has not succeeded or failed. You can reorder to get new Order ID.

Can I change/cancel my order?

This depends upon what stage of fulfillment your order is in. Please contact us and we’ll see what we can do.

The product I want is sold out, how can I buy it?

Unfortunately we do not do restock for all products that have been sold.

What if the goods I receive do not match?

Do not worry, you can return the product you bought for any reason, because we want you to be satisfied with your purchase.

How long will it take? (Delivery)

For Jakarta area takes 1-3 working days by using JNE and Sicepat delivery service. For outside Jabodetabek will take 4-10 days according to the delivery area.

What if my goods take longer to deliver and have not reached my destination?

Do not worry, we will be ready to help you, please contact us for help.

When will my goods be delivered?

We only process your order during business days, from Monday to Friday; but we ship from Monday to Saturday.

What kind of shipping service?

Currently we use Sicepat delivery service and JNE

Can I use an Online Transport delivery service?

For the Jakarta area, you can use online transportation delivery services such as Grab/Gojek, please contact us for help.
